The calculator applies SMG’s approved private-pay schedule without displaying the complete pricing formula. Companions do not change the estimate when seating is available. Foldable equipment requires a space review.

Scheduling review: SMG checks the assigned driver's prior destination, travel time to the pickup, a preparation buffer, traffic, charging needs, and any planned return trip before confirming transportation. Rural rides may require additional repositioning time.

Organization-sponsored transportation: Recurring medical, dialysis, facility, and employer transportation uses a negotiated route or contract rate. Insurance eligibility and authorization must be verified separately.
