Information we collect

A transportation request may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup community or ZIP code, destination, trip type, payment responsibility, and notes you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use request information to review service availability, route feasibility, vehicle capacity, payment options, and to contact you about the request.

Please avoid detailed medical information

Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, or payment-card information through the general website form. If additional information is required, our team will explain the appropriate next step.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only as needed to review and coordinate requested transportation, comply with applicable requirements, or protect passengers and the public. A formal retention schedule will be established before public intake begins.

SMS dispatch alerts

Our initial SMS program sends internal notifications to the business owner who expressly requested enrollment using his own mobile number. Messages concern transportation requests, callback requests, and dispatch updates; this program does not send customer or marketing texts. We retain the recipient's number and consent record to manage enrollment and delivery.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and manage the program.
