Scheduled and select-hours on-demand transportation for healthcare, work, and essential destinations.
Opening January 2027. Ride requests are not being accepted yet.
Simple, confirmed booking
A request is not a confirmed ride. SMG confirms the route, fare, payment, and driver before travel.
Our launch campaign
A brief look at the purpose behind the journey.
Who we will serve
SMG is preparing scheduled transportation for ambulatory passengers who can safely enter and exit a standard passenger vehicle.
Passengers may use a cane or folding walker when it can be safely stored. Drivers do not provide lifting or transfer assistance.
Dialysis, clinics, hospitals, therapy, pharmacy visits, medical appointments, and other scheduled healthcare trips.
SMG does not provide wheelchair-secured, stretcher, ambulance, lifting, transfer, clinical, or medically monitored transportation.
The SMG difference
We are building a professional transportation company using fuel-efficient hybrid and electric vehicles to provide dependable access, comfortable travel, and stronger connections between rural communities and essential care.
Preferred future fleet: SMG is targeting vehicles such as the Chevrolet Bolt EV and Chevrolet Equinox EV, but may launch with another suitable fuel-efficient hybrid or electric passenger vehicle. No vehicle will be placed into service until it has been purchased, insured, inspected, and approved for operation.
Approved private-pay pricing
Recurring medical, dialysis, facility-sponsored, and employer transportation uses a negotiated route or contract rate.
On-Demand and after-hours/weekend fees do not stack. When both apply, only the higher $15 fee is used. A price estimate does not confirm a ride. Review the cancellation policy.
Secure payments
When service begins, every trip will be reviewed before payment. After SMG confirms the route, availability, and final fare, eligible private-pay passengers will receive a secure Square invoice by email or text.
Please note: SMG will not request card numbers through its intake forms or by telephone. Facility and insurance-funded transportation requires prior authorization and an approved billing arrangement.
